• I especially love working with young adults who are going through some of life's toughest terrain: navigating the impact of past trauma, moving through grief and loss, or trying to find their way through major life transitions.

I view healing as a dynamic, relational process—non-linear but deeply rooted in the inherent worth and resilience of every person.

I love using EMDR, IFS, and somatic approaches shaped by my background in dance, yoga, and movement so that I can incorporate experiential, body-based approaches that honor the wisdom of the body.

    A little bitabout me….

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade teaching movement in its many forms: creative movement, modern dance, yoga, and somatic practices. This experience profoundly shaped my understanding of the stories our bodies hold and the intricate connection between mind and body. My passion for helping others led me to pursue a master’s degree in social work at the University of Utah, where I trained to support individuals in their healing journeys.

In addition to my role as a therapist, I work as an oncology social worker, supporting patients and families navigating cancer. I’ve also served as an advocate and peer counselor at a domestic abuse and sexual assault agency, deepening my commitment to creating safe spaces for healing and growth.

Outside of the office, you can find me on hiking trails, dancing in the studio, or flowing on a yoga mat. At home, I love curling up with a good book and my orange tabby, Mylo, who’s always happy to join me for a quiet moment of rest.

  • I work with adults navigating complex trauma, burn out and attachment wounds. I help people move from survival mode and performance to building a life rooted in their authentic self. I feel that healing doesn’t always have to be so serious (though we’ll tackle the serious stuff too). My approach to therapy is rooted in connection, curiosity, and compassion with the understanding that every journey is unique. I am dedicated to providing an affirmative, inclusive, and non-judgemental space to explore your inner processes and external experiences that have led you here today. Together, we’ll reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel lost or hidden.

I see the impact that trauma has on our mental well-being and the complex way that it shows up in our behaviors. Through EMDR and IFS I help my clients create new associations with traumatic experiences, leading to a reduction in symptoms and an increased sense of control and empowerment. We’ll help you connect compassionately with your inner world, releasing the past and allowing you to feel more aligned with your true self and cope with the ebbs and flows of life with confidence.

    A little bit about me…

I have a background in social work, graduating from the University of Utah with my Master of Social Work degree. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a deep sense of empathy and commitment to social justice, along with supporting individuals in mental health settings.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me hanging at home and our two cats Frank and Luna, doing yoga, or playing in the mountains!
